Baked Portuguese Chicken


Ingredients:
1kg chicken

2US red potatoes 
1big onion 
6shallots
6garlic
1carrot
2tbsp curry powder
 2tbsp evaorated milk 
1/2cup coconut milk 
28g butter
 

Gravy:
1bowl water, 2tsp salt, 2tsp sugar, 1tbsp cooking wine.
 

Method:
Chunk chicken then marinate with 1 tsp light soya sauce, 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp corn flour for half an hour, Blanch in hot oil for a while
Heat a little oil and stir-fry the onion, shallots, garlic, and chicken till fragrant.
pour mixture into a bowl, Add evaporated milk, coconut milk and butter, Bake till golden brown
